This video-cast discusses Working Memory, and is the second of the three video casts about Executive Function.  Executive Function is a central component of Cognition and has 3 components: Inhibition, Working Memory and Cognitive Flexibility. Executive Function is central to academic and social success as an adult and is important in regulating emotions.
